You just don’t lose weight and stop working out, eventually the weight will come running back to your stomach, thigh, face, neck, arms etc. My journey is not about losing weight but about staying healthy, I lost weight in the process which is a plus.

I am currently on holiday and everyone around me is telling me how I should eat whatever I want. I wake up “most” morning to go for a run. I must admit though, its currently winter season in the UK, and of course I just want to stay in bed. Imagine going for a run and it starts raining, the UK weather is known to have a mind of its own lol.

 

I have added about 5kg on this holiday alone and I feel so bloated, Christmas is around the corner and of course I want to make sure i eat my mama’s food. Thank God for green tea, it has been helping me out. So because I want to stay in bed till whenever lol, I can still work out at home. If you are searching for work out DVD’s there are loads out there but if you want quick work outs for about 20-30minutes then YouTube is the best place for you to search.

So from now till Christmas, I will be working out using a 30 minutes Insanity workout and some weights my sister has at home.

Apple, Kale, Carrot, Natural yogurt and Soya Milk…You don’t necessarily have to use what I used, you can play around with your fruits and vegetables.
